Did some observing of variable stars α Ori, η Gem, and W Ori.
I also looked around at M42, Collinder 69, M41, and various cluster in Cassiopeia.
The tripod adapter that came with the binoculars seems to be a bit flimsy. I have to try
the other one that came with the Nikons.

Very cold!! First use of my new Canon camera. Did some DSLR photometry
of P Cyg, γ Cas, and κ Cas.

First I estimated the limiting magnitude for Great World Wide Star Count.
Then observed variable stars Mira, T Cet, X Cyg, V568 Cyg, W Cyg, and V1339 Cyg.
